Community Guidelines

Future Mundaring is a place for respectful, constructive conversations about the projects, plans and initiatives shaping our community's future.

To help create a positive experience for everyone, this site is moderated by the Shire of Mundaring. Content may be reviewed before or after publication to ensure it complies with these guidelines. Content that breaches these guidelines may be removed, and users may be restricted from participating where necessary.

We encourage participants to be informed about the topic under discussion and to contribute in ways that are constructive, respectful and relevant to the conversation.

The following behaviour is not permitted:

• Content that is defamatory, offensive, abusive or unlawful.
• Personal attacks directed at individuals, organisations, elected members, staff or other participants.
• Comments that are unrelated to the topic or project being discussed.
• Disrespectful behaviour towards differing opinions or viewpoints.
• Sharing another person's personal or private information.
• Discrimination, harassment or inflammatory comments based on race, religion, culture, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age or appearance.
• Advertising, spam, or links to inappropriate or illegal content.

A profanity filter is in place and may prevent the publication of content containing inappropriate language.

Users who repeatedly breach these guidelines or the Terms of Use may have their access to the platform restricted or removed.
