Mundaring Town Centre Revitalisation

The Mundaring Town Centre Revitalisation Project will transform Mundaring into a vibrant cultural and tourism destination while addressing critical community needs. At its heart is the Mundaring Cultural Hub, a multi-storey facility consolidating services like an art gallery, library, museum, and community spaces, connected to key attractions like Sculpture Park. The project will unlock land for new and diverse housing options, driving sustainable growth. With construction planned for 2026, the project will foster a thriving, inclusive community.

Feedback now closed. Thank you for your feedback on a potential rezoning of a portion of Lot 8938 Ellesmere Road Swan View, (Ellesmere Park) from Public Recreation to Commercial/Retail.
