Local Planning Scheme No. 5 and Local Planning Strategy

The WAPC has agreed to the Shire’s Scheme Review Report recommendations, therefore, work is currently being undertaken to prepare a new Local Planning Strategy and Local Planning Scheme No.5. To assist with preparing the new Local Planning Strategy the Shire is undertaking preliminary stakeholder consultation.
