Tickets are not required to attend events. Registration is encouraged as it will assist the Shire to cater for expected numbers and help to ensure that we have adequate toilets, parking and free pre-show activities. As an incentive to register your attendance, prizes are on offer!

The series has been made possible by generous support from sponsors Perth Airport Corporation, Lotterywest, Mundaring Community Bank Branch Bendigo Bank and Mundaring Chamber of Commerce.

To accommodate the wider community, pets are not allowed at any of the Summer of Entertainment series events.

In line with the Shire’s commitment to reduxing plastic waste, bottled water will not be sold at any of the Summer of Entertainment Community Event Series events. A free refill station will be available at all Cinema Under Starlight Events and at the Australia Day Concert and Light Show. Participants are invited to bring a reusable bottle with them.

Shire of Mundaring strives to create an inclusive environment. All locations used for events in the summer series have unisex accessible toilets and priority parking bays.

Unfortunately we are unable to control the weather. Rain, high winds and extreme temperatures all impact on the ability to screen movies, or for concerts to go ahead safely. In the case of inclement weather the Shire will communicate with residents through it’s social media platforms and web page. Where practical, signs will be placed at the venue.

There is plenty of free parking at all of the venues, although we strongly encourage car pooling wherever possible.

All events are family friendly. For safety reasons children under the age of 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult.

Attending Shire staff have first aid qualifications. In the event of an emergency St John Ambulance will be contacted.

All Shire of Mundaring events are smoke free.
