Shire of Mundaring strives to create an inclusive environment. All locations used for events in the summer series have unisex accessible toilets and priority parking bays.
Yes, all events allow for full-height camping chairs to be brought along. However, these chairs will be allowed exclusively at the back of both Cinema under Starlight and Twilight Tunes events.
Unfortunately we are unable to control the weather. Rain, high winds and extreme temperatures all impact on the ability to screen movies, or for concerts to go ahead safely. In the case of inclement weather the Shire will communicate with residents through it’s social media platforms and web page. Where practical, signs will be placed at the venue.
To accommodate the wider community, pets are not allowed at any of the Summer of Entertainment series events.
There is plenty of free parking at all of the venues, including accessible parking bays. However,we strongly encourage car pooling wherever possible.
Attending Shire staff have first aid qualifications and a first aid kit will be on premises at all times. In the event of an emergency St John Ambulance will be contacted.
All Shire of Mundaring events are smoke free.
Of course! Everyone is welcome to attend the events.
