Details of the proposed use are as follows:
- 4 self contained eco-structures/glamping tents for short term accommodation, to be managed by the landowner.
- On site car parking, ablution block, common area and effluent disposal system.
- Increase site boundary fence heights to 2.4m through Colorbond steel fence extension lattice in Bushland Green.
- Retain existing house.
