The Shire is currently inviting comments on proposed Structure Plan 84 (330 and 335 Helena Valley Road, Helena Valley).
The Structure Plan has been prepared to facilitate the development of up to 61 residential lots.
The proposed plan and supporting documents can be found under the Project Document Library section of this site, and viewed during normal business hours at the Shire's Administration Building (7000 Great Eastern Highway, Mundaring).

Please ensure submissions are made by 4.00pm Friday 27 March 2026.
Following the advertising period, submissions will be considered by Council and a recommendation will be made to the Western Australian Planning Commission.

A structure plan is a key planning instrument for the coordination of future zoning, subdivision, and development of an area of land.
The Western Australian Planning Commission, having regard to recommendations received from the Shire of Mundaring, service providers, and State Government departments and agencies, as well as to the submissions received during the advertising period.
