The Shire has received a development application for a proposed Motor Vehicle Repairuse at 8 Dayana Close, Midvale.

The Scheme defines "motor vehicle repair" as "premises used for or in connection with (a) electrical and mechanical repairs, or overhauls, to vehicles; or (b) repairs to tyres, but does not include premises used for recapping or retreading of tyres, panel beating, spray painting or chassis reshaping".

Details of the application are the following:

1. Hours of operation proposed to be 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, and 8:30am to 1pm Saturday;

2. 6 parking bays are proposed to the front of the site;

3. No new structures or extensions are proposed.

Copies are also available to view during the advertising period at the Shire of Mundaring Administration Building (7000 Great Eastern Highway, Mundaring) during normal business hours.
