At the Ordinary Council Meeting on 10 March 2026, Council resolved that the draft Signage and Advertisement Local Planning Policy (LPP) shall be advertised for public comment.
The Shire is inviting comments on a draft Signage and Advertisements Local Planning Policy (LPP).
Draft Signage and Advertisements Local Planning Policy
The purpose of the draft Signage and Advertisements LPP is to:
- define signage and advertisements that are exempt from requiring development arpproval; and
- establish general requirements applying to signage and advertisements; and
- provide guidance for the determination of development applications for non-exempt signage and advertisements
within the Shire of Mundaring.
