Reconciliation Action Plan

Shire of Mundaring is currently developing it's first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). A RAP is a framework that uses a holistic approach to create meaningful relationships, enhanced respect and promote sustainable opportunities with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

We are keen to have this RAP project driven by local community and seek your input to help the Shire to develop and strengthen meaningful relationships with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and stakeholders across the shire region to ensure there is a shared understanding and ownership of our RAP.

How can I provide comment or find out more information?

  • Tell us what actions you would like to include in the RAP by completing the feedback form below;
  • For more information read the FAQ's or email Karen White for more information;
  • View the Innovate RAP template in the document library to see examples of actions.

The public comment period closes 19 October 2021.
